Hi I've not posted for a very long time.I've been on 15mg for quite a few years now. Has anyone increased to 22.5mg and how have you felt?

I upped it a couple of years ago but if I remember I split the doses as it was all too much in one go I used to take the lower dose in the morning.

I'm going to up it 22.5mg tonight and see how I get on. I'm currently having anxiety and panic attacks and am off work. Dr's gave me propanalol 40mg but I don't feel they're doing anything either
