I started 600mg of CoQ10 in November - I know eggs are created 3 months before they are released so it's unlikely that my January IVF cycle seen any benefit of the supplement.
I take 2 x 300mg with my dinner. I'm wondering should I be splitting the dose and having 300mg in the morning and 300mg in the evening?
Also taking Pregnacare, Omega 3 and Vitmin D3 spray.
Has anyone seen a clear benefit from taking them?

Hi, yes I would suggest splitting the dose - lunch/dinner.
There are other supplements that you could benefit from including vitamin c, alpha lipoic acid, vitamin e and nac. Really depends how much you wish to invest etc as they can be costly. I have switched various prenatals and I like proceive conception.
Please try to also consider healthy eating habits (if you are not already) which can contribute to better egg quality and outcomes.
