Pregnant on Zoladex?
Can anyone help me? I have been on Zoladex injections for around a year now and for the past month I have had really bad headaches, feeling dizzy, dizziness and now I am being sick. I have taken two urine pregnancy tests which both came back negative. On Friday morning I ended up being rushed to hospital

Bit of a panic
Sorry if this is long and rambling. I’ve had very loose stools for about 3 months with bloating etc. About a month ago it started getting really difficult to go to the loo, it always felt like I hadn’t fully emptied my bowels but that something was narrowing the passage. Last weekend, I ended up calling

About to start Venetoclax- what to expect.
In RMH Sutton in the UK as an inpatient. Comfortable and well looked after. Had a PET scan and now hooked up to saline drip for hydration. Venetoclax ramp up day one starts tomorrow. What can I expect. Will I feel different? Obviously TLS is the big worry but apart from that wondering if I'm going to

Creatinine/egfr levels + drinking water
I am a 70 yr old male, stage 3b, one kidney. I have read tons of articles and posts about drinking water (64 to 100 oz/day) to maintain and improve your Egfr (lower Creatinine). The consensus seemed to be this is highly recommended. I myself for the past months have followed that approach. Even

Blood Results Back!
Hi, I have my blood results back. A little confused..... I was checked for diabetes, thyroid, RA and evidently for Gout! Results show, that my thyroid medication will remain the same, even though I am top of my range. I am still in remission for Pre Diabetes, gone from 47 back down to 44. Test for RA

Renal biopsy reaction
Hi Everyone, I have lupus nephritis and had a renal biopsy some 12 days ago, to investigate possible increase in lupus activity. I have since developed a new, persistent middle back ache, which radiates round to the hips. I had blood and urine tests some five days ago, but they indicated nothing unusual

Skin scrapes
The effects of ageing, (I’m 73), and Pred mean that I have to be very careful not to scrape the skin - but that doesn’t always work. So I am a mini expert on what to do when the inevitable brush against a hard surface results in the skin folding back like tissue paper. If it’s very deep go to A&E. They

One year on (long post)
"One year on?" you may be asking yourself, "but she said she had a laparoscopy not long ago." You are indeed right. I had my laparoscopy in March. But this is not the story of my recovery. This is the story of my anniversary. Exactly one year ago today, it all started. It was Summer 2019. Wonderfully

Lockdown wetting
My son, who has just turned 7, has wet the bed every night during lockdown - so for about the last 4 months. He has been dry at night since the age of 2 and a half. Have checked urine samples with the doctor - no physical reason. He can't articulate any worries or fears, and says he's fine. However,

Erythrocytes in Urine
Hi I recently started Ibrutinib on July 14th at 420 mg per day. The good news is all of my previously visible lymph nodes have disappeared. The bad news is on a routine urine test it was determined that there was erythrocytes in my urine and it indicated a significant amount (20-50). I have also had

Powdered Methylcobalamin
I have seen ads for powdered Methylcobalamin twice this week. It claims one just adds saline to use. The advantage seems that it extends the expiration date. I inject very small amounts and end up having to trash expired B12 serum. Does anyone know about the efficacy of this powdered form? Thank you

Pregnal
Hi guys I took pregnal this cycle before and after my FET. The last was 3dp5dt so it’s been 7 days and I’m still getting a positive pregnancy urine test. My question is did anyone test out their pregnal and how long did it last in their body. I’m currently also having tummy soreness and back pain. Fingers
