period or implantation bleeding?
Hello! I’m currently 8dp5dt and I’ve just woken up with some bright pink spotting and I’m panicking. I don’t know if I’m being irrational but I took my progynova later than usual yesterday and I’m worried it’s my period coming through. Is this possible or is it just the progesterone? I thought it was

Natural or Medicated FET?
Hi all Just looking for your experiences on FET’s, and whether you found you had better luck with medicated or non medicated? We have had 2 Non medicated FETs (1 with intrellipids) in 2021/2022 with both ending in early losses. We have frozen eggs and the doctor has suggested next time round

Mirena coil and mood
Hi there,I've searched existing posts and can't find the advice I'm looking for. I wondered if anyone can advise me on the effects on mood of having the mirena coil fitted? I understand the point of it is to reduce bleeding and pain. I'm having laporoscopy in January to remove endometriomas and anything

Hi everyone ❤️ I posted a few days ago about my private prescription for ndt , [hope I'm allowed to post that bit]🙈 , I am at the moment waiting on the delivery of said medication and hoping it works for me. In the meantime I have received the endocrinologists report and have now received a gp appointment

clomid with fostimon and Meriofert ?
Hi :) I have posted before but I’m dying to get some opinion. I had a very unsuccessful cycle last time with 3 eggs no day 5 blasts. I’ve been offered the choice of two plans - one with clomid. I am unsure why I’ve been offered this as isn’t it for people who don’t ovulate and this has not been

Transfer number 5…. Adding HCG/double transfer
After 4th failed transfer with optimum lining and progesterone levels. The only thing different my clinic want to do is add HCG a couple of days before the next transfer. To mimic the signals your body would naturally send when an egg is released (using DE). Anyone heard of/experienced this? They are

hi I hope you’re all doing well and keeping hope up wherever you’re in your journey xx I’ve FET scheduled for this Thursday, the nurse told me I need to have a blood test to check progesterone levels the day before transfer. I didn’t get this with my 1st fresh transfer (ended as MMC) so wondering what

Low testosterone 35y/o F
Hi all, I had a female hormone panel done because I suspected something was awry with sex hormones alongside Hashi's and extremely low cortisol (currently on levo, T3, and hydrocortisone). It's come back with good estrogen and progesterone but almost undetectable testosterone: Testosterone: <0.087 (<

Recurrent implantation failure
Hello, hope you are all doing ok. We’ve had a 3rd failed FET this weekend and pretty devastated (2nd transfer was a very early loss a few days after OTD), they were all “top” quality blastocyst, so I think by definition that counts as RIF. We’d had 4 chemicals before starting IVF. I just wondered what

progesterone levels
hi all, hope you’re all ok. Just checking - is it worth paying extra for a progesterone blood test day of fresh embryo transfer? Or should my levels be high enough with cyclogest? thanks so much x

Cortisol levels
Hello everyone, I have recently finally come off pramipexole after 6 months weaning off and I appear to be one of the lucky ones that the iron oral therapy has significantly helped my restless legs. However, I am still not sleeping well and have dipped into the hormonal debate… I think I have high cortisol

Do I just learn to live with thinning hair?
I was diagnosed with Hashimotos in 1997 & was on thyroxine for 17 years. Then on T3-only for about 4 years, after testing positive for the D102 variant from both parents. I have been on NDT for a few years now-THIROID at first until its supply issues.I got on very well with TR MANN & was very disappointed

Help & Advice re T3
Hello, about 4 years ago I asked for help in obtaining natural thyroid I was given a contact to get them from but am now on the very edge of running out so I would truly appreciate if someone would send me a private message to give me a new contact as the one I had doesn’t seem to be operating anymore

Any truth to Estrogen being out of the question for hypothyroidism?
I keep getting email adverts from Forefront Health. This week it is lots of terrifying statistics on how suspectable we are to breast cancer and other cancers. I didn't know we had an increased risk of breast cancer. They then go on to say we are almost always estrogen dominant and that we should

Pending Hysterectomy Advice
Hi everyone, I’m feeling anxious to write here, it’s only tonight I thought maybe something like this might help, alongside those who know and are experiencing the same as me. I’m due to undergo surgery for a hysterectomy in December, and am now starting to feel incredibly anxious. Sorry for the essay
