Natural or Medicated FET?

Hi all

Just looking for your experiences on FET’s, and whether you found you had better luck with medicated or non medicated?

We have had 2 Non medicated FETs (1 with intrellipids) in 2021/2022 with both ending in early losses. We have frozen eggs and the doctor has suggested next time round to have extra progesterone earlier due to my body not absorbing it (even with intra muscular injections and pessaries), and low levels on transfer day.

My cycles have been odd all year which has delayed things, and we discovered was due to an ovarian cyst which today I found out has now disappeared!

Our doctor has recommended a medicated cycle with buserelin, due to my cycles being a little odd so they can control the cycle. I never realised but non medicated FET there is a chance it can be cancelled due to the timings not being quite right so do feel lucky we were never cancelled in the past.

My question is we’ve had 2 non medicated FETs both with a positive pregnancy test. I would love to know if here are positive / negatives from your FET cycles, whether you had medicated or non medicated and if you found one better over the other?

We have been waiting all year for the cyst fo disappear and keen to get going asap with another cycle! V excited. 🤩
