progesterone levels

so I got my progesterone levels checked day of transfer and they are 190nmol/L 😔😳 I’m worried this is too high? Anyone had success with levels so high? I’ve read they like to see them >30nmol/L.

On my 2 successful rounds they were 550 ish and 750 ish nmol/L. Timing relative to your meds and the type of meds you’re on massively affects progesterone level. The main thing is they aren’t low xx

I think its much better for it to be high than low!
