Hi I am 2 days post FET and my progesterone level from transfer day came back at it was 105. They said they were happy with anything over 100 so keep same levels of meds. This seems really close to the margin for me, especially as it feels like every time I use the Vaginal suppositories (Utrogestan and Progynova) they fall out with all this white gunk! I don't get the chance to lie down afterwards as I'm at work and a teacher.
Should I push for another test and potentially higher meds? Our first transfer failed with no clear reason, I'm so hopeful this time.

That's a great number - quite high really. Mine have been 52 and 47 on FETs and that when I was on three suppositories and one lubion, and second time three suppositories and two lubion a day! My clinic said they like it to be over 50 for FETs but some clinics say 30 is fine. Plus my doctor said the numbers are often much lower in natural pregnancies and everything's fine. If I was at home I lay down for about 3 minutes but mostly was working and that's not very practical (or normal behaviour in office loos!). It sounds like from those numbers you really don't have to worry, especially about them falling out as your obviously absorbing it very well, and from what I understand it's absorbed really quickly and all the mess is just what's left over. If you're worried maybe get the test repeated in a week or so to check it's going up.
I would recommend inserting rectally. When I first heard of this approach, i thought it was so wrong. But I started to get lots of irritation and it seemed to all be falling out. So I gave the back door a try and I haven’t looked back. Lot less messy and no irritation. But you need to make sure you insert it far enough beyond the sphincter muscle (maybe an inch?) - google for specifics. Sorry to be so graphic but it really is so much better! Good luck and hope you find your BFP xx
that number is fine as your clinic as said. Also speak to your clinic to see if you can change the times of your pessaries to before work if you do them vaginally, as long as 12 hours apart my clinic were fine with a bit earlier or later, you do need to lie down for them to work properly good luck xx
mine was 40 on the day after transfer and the doc was completely happy with that. I’m not on any progesterone support and I got a BFP just to reassure you xx
