Hi ladies, I had a frozen transfer on Tuesday and they have checked my progesterone levels (low). Then they have increased from two pessaries to six a day, but something inside me kept telling me that it's not enough. So my clinic done another test on Friday and turned out still on a lower side (22.71). Clinic wants it to be at last 30... They have added a lubion 25mg and still have to take my 6 pessaries a day. The things is, only started lubion yesterday and I'm absolutely terrified that it might be too late now... Has anyone had similar issue with low progesterone and was successful?
Also my period is due to start tomorrow which is even more scary...
Sorry for such a long post, thank you for reading this...🙏

Yes, on my successful FET my clinic only told me my progesterone levels were low 3 days after the FET - I was already on 3 utrogestan pessaries and 1 lubion a day so they said double the lubion to two a day. I did but then that used all my lubion and my meds delivery was late and it was a weekend so I had about two days with no lubion, and and only after a about a week was I regularly on the higher dose. It took forever to climb up, and although I'd had a very early BFP, I'd had two early losses and assumed I was too late with the progesterone. But it was all fine. My consultant said progesterone fluctuates massively naturally and what's important is that you're getting a good amount on average, and even missing a couple of days of the injections entirely wasn't going to a be problem. He also said women conceive naturally with much lower levels than they try to achieve with IVF/FETs and the embryo/HCG also causes the body to ramp it up. That didn't stop me worrying at the time but it was OK, and hope it's the same for you x
