Can I really need this much medication? Can I add more?!
Hi all. So I’ve taken 150 levothyroxine for 9 years. My most recent results on that were: TSH – 1.74 (0.27 – 4.20), FT4 – 19.89 (12-22), FT3 – 3.73 (3.1-6.8). Lots of symptoms. So 7 months ago I started adding T3, gradually and also gradually reduced my levo. I’ve had quite a few blood tests between

N-Acetylcysteine reducing antibodies?
I tried searching on this forum but didn’t find much info. TL;DR: Does anyone have info about n-acetylcysteine and it’s ability to reduce Hashimoto antibodies? Here’s my story: I have Hashimoto’s, and my antibodies had been going up constantly since diagnosis about 2 years ago. In order to reduce them

Private Thyroid results - what do they mean?
I've just received my results from private testting - anyone able to tell me what they mean - for the record these are a little different to every test I've had in the past. They seem to be in the 'normal' range and I have been feeling OK the past few weeks - a lot less cold than usual although temp

Feeling so well - thanks to you!
I feel very fortunate that after nearly 6 months since diagnoses of hypothyroidism and Hashimotos I am now feeling so well. The advice and support from this site has been the main reason that I have been able to regain my health and I am so grateful. I would not have known to go gluten free, to supplement

A little dose advice needed after Endo visit please.
Hi all. Went to see the Endo today, not too bad a visit again. I mentioned I have a small lump on my neck but I have recently been given the all clear on an ultrasound for a lump on my arm which turned out to be a benign Limpoma so it might just be another of those. He said secondary Hyperparathyroidism

I'm currently in Mazatlan, Mx, where the only option is open prostatectomy. I've talked with 2 Urologists and the biopsy MD. I have Medicare A, won't have

Mouth Sores cleared
Hi, I am on Imbruvica and like many of us suffered from mouth sores for more then a year. I tried many remedies from prescription magic liquids against fungi to oral creams, L-lycine, Folic Acid and changing to organic tooth paste. All did not do the trick. At my CLL specialist's advice I tried Selenium

hair mineral analysis test results have come back. any advice?
Your hair mineral analysis report is attached. This is reported as showing high calcium levels. The correlation between hair and blood levels of minerals is not well established. If you would like confirmation of these findings then I recommend checking the blood levels of the affected minerals.
