Help with recent result and t3 dose/ hormone issues.
So after a long journey not managing the brands of t3 I am waiting for my nhs script to come in for Thybon 20 Henning. I’ve thought that battle. :) I’ve been taking 175mcg Levo Teva for 2 months now as it’s taking ages to get the script. I’ve my current bloods taken and I’d appreciate what dose people

Hair loss and what tests to do
Hi, I have Hashimoto’s and have started taking levothyroxine, increased a few weeks ago to 75mcg. I suspect I need an increase as feel worse after feeling like I had a little more energy again, but guess I need to wait and test bloods before this happens. I already had dry, fragile hair that was snapping

Hi all Im a 63 year old female diagnosed with Hashimotos and taking 100mcg levothyroxine. Decided to have private blood tests as not feeling too grand, at the moment, and know the NHS won’t do all the tests as a matter of course. Results are: CRP HS 0.72 (<5) Ferritin 16.5 (13-150) Serum folate 12.28

Proxeed vs Superdrugs male fertility supplements
So reading about proxeed made me wonder if my OH is on the best supplement. Made me question should he be on proxeed instead. He's currently on superdrugs male fertility sachets. I'm finding it hard to gauge which offers best vitamins and minerals. Proxxed ingredients are per sachet. Superdrugs are

TSH still above 3....
Well having tried just about all the alternative approaches available to man, I feel I have addressed most/all of my nutritional deficiencies and yet TSH has not moved a jot in the past 12 months. I feel pretty well now, super low HR is back up to a higher level, constant sense of cold gone, stomach

SRT: To BIRM or not to BIRM
I start 38 days of salvage radiation tomorrow. It was suggested to me by one of our esteemed members, whom I have great respect for his knowledge, that I take BIRM during my radiation treatments to help with side effects. BIRM is an anti-oxidant and everything I have read is to not take anti-oxidant
