Conversion problems :(
My endo strongly insisted that I should not take T3 or even increase T4. We almost had an argument and at the end he was really angry. So we reached a compromise I increased my T4 from 75mcg to 100mcg and these are the results. TSH 0.02 ( 0.30-4.20) FT4 26.5 ( 12.00-22.00) FT3 4.4 (3.10-6.80) previously

Selenium supplement recommendations please?
Hi Folks Id like some recommendations on good selenium supplements that can help raise T3 levels. I tried Brazil nuts but can’t seem to tolerate them at all - with my IBS flaring up whenever I take any. Thanks in advance!

🌱 Delicious Brunch 🌱
Hi everyone, This morning I had some extra time so made myself brunch with some sourdough I found in the supermarket which was vegan. I fancied black beans (turtle beans) so had them with fresh garlic on the toasted sourdough with mushrooms and some delicious tomatoes I picked this morning. [u]Black

Free T3 and T4 at the bottom of the ranges. What to do next?
Hello, this forum is fantastic! Thank you for your support. I've just received my test results. Bloods were taken 8:30AM, fasting, no levo 24 hrs prior. My TPO increased from 100 and TgAb from 532 since April 2019. I'm currently on 75mcg levo, for which I had to really push my GP to prescribe on TSH

what has helped you feel more energetic on top of the Levothyroxine??
Hello, I was wondering if anyone is on extra thyroid support apart from Levothyroxine? I’d love to try t3 but I’m trying for a baby so I don’t think it’s safe. But I want a good thyroid support, something with selenium and zinc maybe? Just feel so tired and down all the time. Xx

T3 conversion problem
Please can someone explain the things that can cause conversion problems. Would a deficiency of vitamin D cause a problem with the conversion? My mum has changed the time she takes her thyroxine now to an hour before food and we thought this would have made a difference to her levels. She used to
