Hi all, I have moved my story to my profile I have just started taking T3 and have questions about dosage. I research different brands of T3 and manged to find a brand sold in turkey that is a good price. I bought 1 box and started taking them last week. From doing research I realised I need to start

Tendonitis and other things
Last summer I had tendonitis on my wrist but it resolved by itself eventually. I used pain gel and wrist support. But I feel I have so tight tendons or can't say what it is all over my body. Bad days the gnawing pain goes from the heels all they up to the neck. It's muscle pain I think but feels very

Advice on Recent Blood Tests
Hi everyone. You've all been so helpful before, so thought I would ask for some advice yet again. It's that time again, where I've just had my blood tests done after being on 100mg thyroxine for the last couple of months. Still very symptomatic (tiredness, weight gain, memory issues, joint pain etc).

Effect of long-term selenium supplementation on mortality: Results from a multiple-dose, randomised controlled trial
Opinions vary on selenium supplementation. A few years ago, many people were saying that people should take 400 micrograms a day. More recently, the most commonly recommended dose at present appears to be 200 micrograms. The paper linked below certainly questions higher doses. For myself, I would not
