Tendonitis and other things

Last summer I had tendonitis on my wrist but it resolved by itself eventually. I used pain gel and wrist support.

But I feel I have so tight tendons or can't say what it is all over my body. Bad days the gnawing pain goes from the heels all they up to the neck. It's muscle pain I think but feels very surface like. Symmetric. Same way I have very sore spots on on front of my thighs, around hips, lower back, between the shoulder blades and around shoulders. When rubbing the spots around pelvis the pain radiates down to thigh.

It's not pain that I would need to medicate, it just awful irritation and muscles almost feel inflamed.

B12 injections does help with it a lot, but I wonder if it could be thyroid related as I feel as shitty as I felt couple a years ago when I had slightly elevated TSH and low ft4.

My nurse puts it all down to MS ( all symptoms), have had weird heart rate/palpitations , very low tolerance to exercise, difficult to sleep, indigestion. So they just ignore my symptoms 😫

According to genetic testing I have DI01 with severe decrease from T4 to T3 and I should try to support the system with selenium and iodine but can't do more.

Where I live private labs do not exist and I have beg the referral to lab to get anything tested.

I also seem to have very low leukocytes for no apparent reason. Always either below the range or just slightly above the lower range. This started when I had elevated TSH and low ft4. Thyroid normalised but leukocytes not.

Have no idea is there any conncetion with thyroid just wondering if anyone had these type of symptoms so I could try to convince my GP/nurse to do something.
