Seizures and holding hands.
Hi folks Liz had a
seizure
of some kind this morning. Brain/dopamine deficiencies come to mind, but I don't know. She was given Medazolan, which controls seizures, relaxes muscles and a lot more. From memory it is a powerful benzodiazepine.

The Bad Trip
This time I was lying down, same aggressive movements of the hands, eyes were closed and I felt like I was falling from a cliff and kept falling ( kinda like a
seizure
but in a very odd way) .

Video EEG results
Got 6 day video EEG results yesterday and the
seizure
I had during my stay was not picked up as the consultant said it likely did not last long enough. I have simple partial seizures mostly sensory and left sided. It lasted about 1-2 mins.

Seizure recovery
How long does it normally take to recover from a grand mal
seizure
? I had ten grand mals about twelve days ago and was in the hospital for two days. I feel like I’m still dragging this time. Side note: during one of my seizures I slammed my jaw against the corner of my dresser.

Natural birth or elective section due to complications?! Help!
I have had one previous child and the birth did not go well at all, I had planned a natural birth and I ended up getting eclampsia, leading to a
seizure
in the middle of labour.

Protective headwear
We have a couple of ‘helmets’ that my daughter had to protect her when she had a
seizure
. We no longer need them and would like to give them to someone who could make use of them. One is size 46. The other a bit bigger. She had them when she was about 3 and 4 years of age. Both red in colour.

Bad health anxiety
I've also been having bad headaches ( which I assume are caused by my stress and anxiety) but anyways I've been terrified at the thought of having a
seizure
or passing out. No one in my family has history of epilepsy or anything and I've never had a
seizure
before but I keep thinking imma get one.

Being overprotective?
I also had an awful birth with my son and had a
seizure
during labour, which put me out for two days. By the time I woke up the news of his birth had been announced to the whole family, all my friends, work colleagues etc, when I didn't even know his weight yet!

Darolutamide
The incidence of
seizure

seizure
(12 in the darolutamide group) had a

2 years post viral meningitis
I then started to have a
seizure
so they moved me into a room upstairs. From there everything just went downhill incredibly fast. I had a raging fever, I started to hallucinate, and say things that didn’t make any sense.
