Syncope diagnosis
Initially I was told my first episode following surgery was a
seizure
but now no one is 100% sure so I have lost my driving licence for at least 12 months and hoping I can get it back if my consultants are satisfied it could be Syncope and not seizures.

Feeling alone and trapped:-(
I’m 44 year old man, who out of nowhere suffered a full on tonic-clonic
seizure
and was admitted to hospital. Cutting the timeline short, after a diagnosis period of 9 months and numerous test I was told it was ‘most likely epilepsy’ and started on Zonisamide to control absence seizures.

Epilepsy at work
Hi guys How do you guys deal with being epileptic in an industry where they feel a person with it is not to be trusted because he/she can have a
seizure
at anytime and you feel limited to work in other departments

Capability for Work Assessment
I took a
seizure
in the office and this was skipped over in my outcome letter, so I'm really anxious about today incase I get rejected again. I hate having to try and prove to complete strangers I have fibro, especially when there's days I look absolutely fine and don't have as much pain.

Follow up from T3 seized post earlier this year
Umm, well just had an interesting call from my Mum in UK, She just had a 9pm visit from local Police asking for me, concerning this, (March) T3
seizure
. I do not know if they would have been dealing with me as an allrdged Offender?!?!?! I have no more details as she is elderly.

Spasm/seizure
I’m 33 weeks today and this morning I felt like a spasm/
seizure
on the side where my baby’s back is. Never had this before, it only lasted a few seconds but was very strong. I now have awful backache. Anyone else experienced this or know what it might be? TIA xx

Epileptic with a mood disorder. Do you treat the chicken or the egg?
It is a tough line to walk as my mood also dips before a bad
seizure
episode. It is now a few years down the line and it is still a struggle to manage my mood. At 700mg Lamictin and 150mg Topalex, it would be fair to say that controlling my moods is a tough one.

Please Read. Please Help Me
He was sick for 7 months and 1 night just had a huge
seizure
and in the morning another
seizure
that wouldnt stop. So we took him to the vet and the best thing for him was to end his misery. I knew in my heart he couldnt live like that. He was so stubborn. That day plays in my head all the time.

Too much to bear!!!!
Tonight though my arms suddenly went insane, I genuinely felt as if I was having some kind of
seizure
!!!!! I then start thinking back through my day and what I did for that to happen but i did nothing out of the ordinary. Just cant get a break from this and I'm at my wits end.

Facial numbness - my new normal...
I was on anti-
seizure
medicines which helped only to a point. I suffered for at least a couple years. When I got a referral to the surgeon, I wondered what they could possibly do for a surgery to help the issue? Would they just cut that nerve out?

GP randomly stopped my medication due to my timidness (I'm very worried) I feel like I'm being bullied...
So I've had to get an ambulance to the hospital, and they've put me back on 5mg reluctantly of Diazepam, and they observed me and I've not had another fit/
seizure
since, and also they've put me on 75mg of Pregabalin, and again she's been rude to my wife and threatened to stop it again, saying "basically

Monday afternoon at about 5 pm she had a
seizure
. Of course, the vet was closed by the time I could call and the emergency # didn't have a vet at the clinic at that time. It was horrible watching her shake and her eyes rolling around, not being able to walk or stand.

Auras
Does anyone experience auras before they have a
seizure
? When I’ve had seizures I usually can remember what happened when I come to. I just would like to know what people experience when they have auras.

Depokote
He has been
seizure
free for a little over a month. The bloodwork came back okay and said to stay on all 4 meds. He is definately heavily medicated but we were looking at
seizure
surgery where there would be neurological loss so I am feeling somewhat hopeful.
