Hi, I suffer with fibrocystic disease where my breast tissue thickens and I constantly get cysts, I have breast pain every day.

I have used evening primrose, star flower oil and they do help. Through my research I have found that Lugols iodine is good for breast pain I take 6 drops in fresh orange every day.

I have recently discovered and am now taking 'Serrapeptase' which is an enzyme taken from silk worms, I started taking it as it's supposed to be able to get rid of cysts and scar tissue which I obviously have, since taking it my pain has reduced significantly it has also helped with my chronic sinus problems.

I used to wake with bad headaches every morning but these also have begun to subside, it is early days yet but I've seen significant improvements in my overall health in such a short period of time which amazes me.

I got them from Amazon (Read all the feed back from people who are taking them)

A little info on what it's good for;

When purchasing the product be sure that the ratio of mg to units is 10 mg for every 20,000 units, or 5 mg for 10,000 units and so on. The average dose, therefore, is 20 mg–or 40,000 units. Serrapeptase digests non-living tissue, blood clots, cysts, and arterial plaque and inflammation in all forms.

The late German physician, Dr. Hans Nieper, used Serrapeptase to treat arterial blockage in his coronary patients. Serrapeptase protects against stroke and is reportedly more effective and quicker than EDTA Chelation treatments in removing arterial plaque. He also reports that Serrapeptase dissolves blood clots and causes varicose veins to shrink or diminish. A MEDICAL PRACTIONER told of a woman scheduled for hand amputation and a man scheduled for bypass surgery who both recovered quickly without surgery after treatment with Serrapeptase.

Has anyone else had any results from taking it?

I have also posed this on the thyroid forum.

I hope you find this as interesting as I did.

That's interesting thank you. Certainly needs further research. I can't help but feel sorry for all the silkworms lol.

It might be worth researching Selenium for breast cysts. My sisters have all suffered with cysts but I began taking Selenium when I was in my early 30's and have had no problems at all.
