Is it harmful to take Vitamin D & not Vitamin K?
I read that taking vitamin D while not supplementing with vitamin K also can be dangerous as it can lead to calcification of the arteries. I am on warfarin and have been told that I really need to up my Vitamin D, but what do I do about vitamin K?

Struggling with fatigue
Hello everyone, I have started to take quite a bit of vitamins (pregnacare, bio-quinone, folic acid and vit D) in January, but I really struggle at times with fatigue. Tip on how to get my body in the best position for my next transfer.
I am giving myself 14 weeks before I plan to contact the clinic for what will be my 4th transfer. I know I need to loose weight, which I will be doing with calorie counting. I already take folic acid and vitamin D daily. However, I was wondering if there are any other tips and advice, supplements or
