Hi Nabsal

keep taking your optibac even after transfer. as for the pineapple on the day of my transfer i made a smoothie that had the following: 1/2 cup of strawberries, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1/2 cup baby spinach, 1/2 cup raspberries and 1 full cup of Pineapple including core. 1 cup of almond milk and 1 scoop of organic maca powder, 1 teaspoon of chia seeds. blend it all into a smoothie. i drank this 2 hours before my transfer. It makes alot and i drank it all. After my transfer i had a large fries with salt from Mcdonalds 😀

How many Optibac are you taking a day and when are you taking them?

Eating healthy, mainly Mediterranean diet. I used Canesflor Vaginal probiotics for the 8 days leading up to transfer every night, then before i started the Canesflor i used Balance activ for 6 nights, between the balance activ and the Canesflor is used Canesten Thrush cream combo. I did all these to aid clearing out any nasties that could be there (i didn't have symptoms of BV or anything) and then using the Canesflor to replace good bacteria. I also use some PH strips to check the PH balance.

I was also taking, OVUM, Omega 3 2000mg, Magnesium glycinate, Pregnacare pre conception ( all them ones were during the cycle and continue through Transfer. The specifically for the transfer a month before i started taking L-Arginine 6g and Vitamin E 600mg

i Also started reading a book called the secret which was good at keeping my mind focused on positivity and law of attraction. and i journaled aswell to keep track of my feelings etc.

Sorry to jump in but you say you started vitamin E and L'Arginine a month before your transfer date? I was planning on starting when my period arrived.

There’s not a lot of vitamin E in pregnacare. Have you got the book it starts with the egg? It’s worth buying and reading.

I kept warm after transfer (mine was in January) I.e. wore socks a lot of the time. I had pomegranate juice in the lead up and during 2 week wait. Ate healthy and tried to rest, didn't over do exercise. IA you will be fine and it will be successful for you
