I have been taking shot of Prolia and shot of methotrexate every Tuesday.i have no pain but have tender spots on my head and if does not hurt to touch. I only seem to have it in my temple are and top and back of head.. I had a mri of my head a few years ago. I have had a couple of bad concussions 2 or 3 years ago. I did, I did about 6 mo this of exercises which allowed me to walk without my cane. I had a few brain tests and the last one said that I am not doing well at all. It is hard to carry on a conversation. It wanting to look at a recipe and I was totally a good cook up to the last 6 months or so.

Please go to your doctor and talk about your current problems. It can help to have a friend or relative to sit in on the consultation and take notes. I have done that for a friend...and also made sure that she raised all her worries with the doctor. it is often very difficult when you are ill to remeber everything that goes on in a consultation. Good luck.

I am curious to know if you are taking Prolia every Tuesday or just the methotrexate? Prolia typically is injected every 6 months to treat bone loss and/or osteoporosis so I imagine that is what you meant. Like others have recommended, you surely should follow up with someone regarding your current symptoms and I wish you well when you do. So sorry you are suffering.

In a previous post she said she was getting Prolia every 3 months - I queried that too but got no reply.

Thanks for the input. I am sure she is probably on the typical 6 month regimen but her message was a bit confusing. 👍
