Rectal.pain

Hi all.I wanted to ask. I've had rectal itching 9 years but for 3 days I've had lower burning back painand an aching sore backside alongside shooting prickling pain in anus. I passed a large stool with a very small amount of blood amd since then the pain won't go away. No blood gping forward. Im so dizzy also . Worried its the c. Anyone experienced this? I have a fissure in thr past but never rectal pain like this.
