Looking for a good Urologist at UCLA or in Los Angeles Area
I am getting some bleeding in my urine. Three times now... always at the end of the stream. My primary care doc is telling I need to see a Urologist. It may or may not have anything to do with my prostate cancer. I think probably not, but then again everything does. Had IMRT radiation treatment

This was followed by a weeks
radiotherapy
and now 5 years of taking hormone blockers. The side affects after
radiotherapy
were fairly minor. Painful breast which is gradually getting better after two weeks, very tired first week and dizzy slightly.

Gas pain
I’m waiting for
radiotherapy
ablation and hoping to be listed following a 3 phase ct scan. I’m worried this may show more cancer that MRI doesn’t show. Also I get pain if I get any wind it travels up my back, sometimes feel slight pain in esophagus and shooting pain in back of head.

COPD and Radiation for Breast Cancer
I am trying to find information on the potential effects on my existing COPD if I have radiation therapy for breast cancer. I am being treated at a top cancer center in the US and they definitely promote lumpectomy plus radiation over mastectomy. I am almost 70 years old and a widow, and I really don't

Life following total thyroidectomy - what have you learned?
In January this year I completed the final stage of
radiotherapy
and am now trying to piece my life back together. I am on 175mg of levo daily and a blood test about 7-8 weeks ago determined that this was suitable (I do not have full details of the test).

Breast-conserving surgery (BCS) or Mastectomy?
The survival benefit of BCS was found to be statistically significant in patients who received

review update- scores on the doors
Sadly , I just missed out on it being operable though because of those blumming lymph’s …. so it looks like Chemo and
radiotherapy
combined or sequential … still awaiting markers for suitability to immunotherapy or targeted therapies but should know that soon …..

I have a damaged bowel from
radiotherapy
. My symptoms closely match IBS and I have had some miserable experiences in the last few years which have obviously stressed me heavily.

Just checking to be sure 6 month break after 5 week radiation treatment is the next best step?
I hope everyone here is finding success and positive moments in this journey as we make our way through this new year ♥️ Hoping to ask for an opinion here just to do my part in making sure my dad gets the best shot at success with this. I will be updating my BIO again this week for anyone with a similar

Wheelchair user and ADT
Has anyone had
radiotherapy
but then also managed ADT but as a disabled person and wheelchair user with a lifetime of low muscle strength from polio or similar? The recurring theme is that without ADT the risk of recurrence is very high if not certain.

Enzalutamide just keeps giving and giving: Hot heels
As of the past couple of months I have had to sleep on my back. It is too uncomfortable to sleep on my side. The enzalutamide I am taking has made the muscles in my right arm rigid, so it is far too uncomfortable to sleep on that side despite taking the opioid Longtec (40 mg at night). Nor can I
