Scheduled for SBRT
On Tuesday I am scheduled to begin a new road in this cancer journey. Five years ago I had a lumpectomy for breast cancer and while setting me up for follow up radiation they discovered a mass in my lung which turned out to be adenocarcinoma. Three months after the lumpectomy, I had a left upper lobectomy

Neuropathy: Amitriptyline/Gabapentin/Pregabalin side effects?
I’ve recently been diagnosed with neuropathy by my neurologist (over the phone due to the COVID-19 situation) who said chemo/
radiotherapy
is the cause. I get a burning sensation in both feet and pain in my left foot.

Confused and angry
My dad (67) was diagnosed with cirrhosis about 3 years ago, he has lived with this with relatively mild symptoms up until about 3 months ago, he had to undergo
radiotherapy
for a small contained cancerous polyp in his esophagus.

Breathlessness and dry cough since last October
I've always been prone to chest infections and a scan over 12 months ago found damage to my left lung (around the area that the
radiotherapy
was delivered to) and then more damage was found on my scan in December which was attributed to the afinitor that I was taking at the time.

Lung cancer update
It's been a long time since I posted and much has happened. A tumor in my lung which my oncologist and I have been following for 3 years has finally reached the point where we are looking into treatment options. The most promising one so far is stereoscopic radiation therapy. An appointment was originally
