Post RP and radiation treatment I am fit, do my Kegel exercises every day and am totally continent during the day with no need for pads as minimal leakage if any at all.

But immediately I get horny I start to leak, just kissing a guy has me peeing for England. This has now got to the stage that any sort of sexual action has me passing a lot of urine and when I cum I shoot as much pee as I used to shoot semen.

Anybody know of any way this can be reduced and if possible stopped at all?

I take a 25mg Cialis everyday and manage a fairly decent erection, although it takes a long time for me to achieve a fully hard cock which is not as good as pre treatment but eventually useable if you get my drift.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Should read 5mg of Cialis NOT 25mg, I can have 25mg of Viagra as a booster if required, but rarely do!

It's called climacturia. Here are some tips:

• Restricting fluids for a few hours before sex, especially coffee, tea, Coke, alcohol and fruit juices

• peeing before sex (sit down and rock around or in the shower - whatever it takes to fully empty the bladder)

• a constriction band around the base of the penis (also helps maintain erection)

• lay down on your back and don't change position

• use a condom

• get rubber sheets, and just enjoy water sports

Unfortunately, ED meds (like Cialis) may make it worse.

Thanks TA, will try not taking the meds and see if that makes a difference. It is crap enough telling a guy he will not see any of your spunk but then adding a reason why there is a rubber sheet on the bed could be the killer.......but we survive eh?
