AF 14 days late!
Hi ladies, you might have seen my previous post when AF didn’t arrive on time as I’m waiting to start treatment for our FET. I am now 2 weeks late, still no show and tests still BFN. I have tried not to think about it but it’s easier said than done as it’s all that’s on my mind, wearing a pad, checking

Scott completed the almost 11,000 mile cycle trip
Some of you have been following Scott's cycle trip around the perimeter of the United States while he was treated for advanced, metastatic prostate cancer. We are happy to report he finished. ESPN OTL did a nice piece summarizing the journey at the following link, hope it encourages and inspires you

What does ‘neuroendocrine differentiation' mean in metastatic prostate cancer?
My 71 year old dad has been diagnosed with metastatic prostate cancer with neuroendocrine differentiation - he had absolutely zero symptoms until a lymph node on his neck swelled up. It’s metastasised to his lower spine and sternum too. He’s just had his oncology appointment today and they’re going to

Bad reaction after stopping abiraterone?
Have any of you gentlemen had a bad reaction when stopping abiraterone? I’ve been in the current study for LU-PSMA-617 for the past 14 months; it’s evaluating the effectiveness of Pluvicto given at the beginning of the journey before chemo, but i’ve been in the control group. My last bone scan July 12

What would cause spontaneous prostate stimulation?
What would cause spontaneous prostate stimulation while lying on my back? When I lie down, in a few seconds it feels like someone is manually stimulating my prostate. This lasts for hours at a time and I cannot sleep. This started immediately after a nocturnal emission, and I haven't had one since, even

depression and prostate cancer
I hope everyone is having a nice weekend! My dad’s story is in my bio. My dad becomes very depressed and tearful the week following his Firmagon injections. His doctor has offered antidepressants, but he refuses. He said they will make him more fatigued, although he has never been on them. Has

UC San Fran
So we are tossing around the idea of moving to Nevada from California due to high cost of living. I contacted UCSF and told them we can be in California for Zoom calls and of course treatment. But could Jim get his Lupron and bloodwork out of state. We were told you have to be a permanent California

Lymph Node Irradiation for a Potential Cure
I have read that some men have been cured from earlier posts that I have read. Currently I have been on abiraterone and Lupron for 21 months. I only had one docetaxel, before catching pneumonia, so chemo was halted by my oncologist, stating the chemo would kill me before the cancer. The one chemo

Looking for vitamin C infusions in Perth, Western Australia without glutathione?
Dear all Vitamin C infusions were tremendously helpful for my Dad in 2017 when he was diagnosed with metastatic prostate cancer and underwent a prostatectomy, chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Now trying to find them again. Those I have found include glutathione which I think is not good with cancer.

Is radiation to prostate useful if one has bone mets ?
I see many people with bone mets advanced cancer say they took many sessions of radiation to the prostate. My MO’s never mentioned radiation ever , except spot radiation to pain spots in bones if any when that happens. Does radiation to the prostate in cancer that is already in bones improve survival
