White Button Mushroom Extract

Hello everyone,

Has anyone who has Metastatic Prostate Cancer taken White Button Mushroom Extract at the same time as getting Standard Of Care Treatments?

I've taken four or five mushroom extracts; turkey tail, reishi, cordyceps, etc. But I've never taken white mushroom extract, although I've eaten plenty of white button mushrooms along the way.

Since I've been on Lupron the entire time, hard to tell the effects, if any. But I haven't seen any negatives to taking.

There are many medicinal mushrooms being researched (especially in Japan). I have taken a 5 mushroom capsule, turkeytail mushroom caps, and tremella mushroom caps recommended by a naturopath. I use a lot of fresh mushrooms in soups and such as well. Some studies even indicate that regular supermarket mush=rooms may also have a benefit but nothing conclusive yet.

White button mushrooms have been chemically re-engineered to zippered ones.....
