Buprenorphine for OCD
Wow I just reading study that professor Nutt took part in . Buprenorphine for refractory OCD ! Again this is only low doses when the required effect was achieved it does not need increasing. Patient doses range from 1 x 200 mcg Some on 2mg once or twice daily ,6mg divided in to 3 doses during the day

impulsive shopping habit
Does anyone know of an online support group for impulsive shopping and debt anxiety? Over the last few years between accumulating debt while I was in school, and anxiety while being home during COVID-19 I've been struggling to pay my bills on time and yet I still keep spending money on things I don't

5 Dominant Follicles
Hi everyone, I am on my third round of Letrozole for ovulation induction and have been for a day 10 scan today and there were 5 follicles measuring between 11 - 13mm. I have to go back on Thursday and have been told the cycle may have to be abandoned. Just wondering if anyone has had the same thing

New here, dont know how it works really....yet. Been "avoiding" (for lack of better words)/putting aside the reoccurring challenges I have been facing for years and after a recent crash, I'm finally sick and tired of being sick and tired. Question....dont know if its depression, anxiety, ADHD, etc.,

Vitamin C could help older adults retain muscle mass – new research.
As we get older, our skeletal muscle mass, strength and power to move gradually decline, which may lead to a condition called sarcopenia. Sarcopenia affects more than 50 million people over the age of 50 years worldwide, and contributes to type 2 diabetes, frailty, physical disability, loss of independence

When to take Escitalopram or Cipralex morning or night?
When should I take Escitalopram or Cipralex morning or night? I’m now taking it at noon time and I’m not sleeping well. Does it make a difference the timing on when to take it? I also feel sleepy in the morning

Most psychiatrists suck....
Most doctors, especially mental health doctors, just plain suck. I've found research they've never heard of yet takes a 10 second Google search to find. There's doctors that stick to specific medications they prescribe and will only prescribe those. Go to another shrink and he'll say yes to a and b but

Better outcomes in severe COVID-19 patients administered interleukin-6 inhibitors early.
New research from Boston Medical Center found that patients experiencing severe COVID-19 symptoms had improved outcomes when administered an Interleukin-6 (IL6ri) inhibitor, sarilumab or tocilizumab, given to mediate severe systemic inflammatory responses. The treatment was more effective when administered

how much time to go back to normal? stopped Escitalopram after two months, now dealing with secondary effects.
I am new in this forum, three months ago I started to become very anxious and falling into depression. I was living without depression for almost 4 years, and two years without any Escitalopram intake, which I reduced for almost two years until I was free from it. This year took me by surprise and started

NEED A LITTLE HELP FROM MY FRIENDS
I'm a 68yo disabled Vietnam vet and how lucky I have the VA they've been good to me. Now if I could stop falling with my CEREBRAL ATAXIA. I been doing some studian on RITALIN for different reasons 1. I keep falling asleep no matter the time of day. 2. I have had ADH D before they knew what it was.
