Effexor ER at 300mg each day
I suffer from anxiety and severe depression and have been having some increased issues with my depression. I was taking 225mg of Effexor ER and my psychiatrist just increased my dose to 300 mg with 150 in the am and 150 in the pm. I'm concerned because every reputable site I could find on the internet

Feeling jittery and restless
I cannot stop feeling jittery and restless. I try to sit still but I have the feeling of the need to stand every 2 seconds. Maybe it is my fault because I forgot to take my meds yesterday.... maybe it is something else. Who knows... but this feeling is aggravating and I am at work.. it is interfering

Hi everyone New here. I’ve had fibromyalgia for at least 8/9 years. I’ve just recently been referred to rheumatology and the want to do test for spondylitis. From what I’ve read on the nhs website it’s quite scary! Can’t talk to my partner just in case it turns out not to be spondylitis. Saves the both

Out of Cytomel
I've been on Cytomel for many years and have been able to source it with help from this wonderful group. To recap, I had been on Cytomel but had to change doctors for insurance reasons (I'm in the US). My new doctor wouldn't prescribe T3 even with labs that showed I only minimally converted T4. The

Psychiatric Evaluation
Just venting out. I know it's self potty. But I am working on getting a psychiatric evaluation. I feel my anxiety intrusive thoughts are too bizarre and too irrational. So I feel I need to get checked because I feel something is wrong with me mentally.

Levo without additives
Hi all. A while back I mentioned that I had found a UK company that makes levo without any additives in it. It is basically T4 suspended in almond oil with vitamin C as the preservative. They would only tell me the cost if I got a private script, which I finally managed to do free off my GP... however

My Diagnosis
For the past 5 to 6 years I thought I had moderate depression. So I recently met with a psychiatrist and i told her that I thought I had depression and by the end of our conversation she diagnosed me as having an adjustment disorder. Now I’m not quite sure if this is a diagnosis that is set in stone

Medication feedback
What have people experienced with Ritalin and/or Vivance? Providers want to add to my Prozac, Lamictal and Trazodone. I’ve been taking Ritalin - don’t get mood lift and the wear off is awful, now want to change to Lexapro...4 different meds how can this be good for my brain. Thanks for listening

How can I take back my life.
My social anxiety has become crippling and in the work place has left me in a very bad position. No medication has had positive affects or more negative side affects. I'm afraid of losing my family because of this. I'm un sure what to do in these times. I have struggled with ADHD since the age of 8
