When should I take Escitalopram or Cipralex morning or night? I’m now taking it at noon time and I’m not sleeping well. Does it make a difference the timing on when to take it? I also feel sleepy in the morning

Hi MimoHarb, I can only go by my own experience with Escitalopram which was started

when I was in patient. I was given it with lunch each day and have kept that routine.

I have not experienced any drowsiness or not sleeping well. You might need an adjustment

made with dosage or time it is taken. But by your doctor only... Welcome to the forum :) xx

I take mine at night, but everyone's diiferent. Your doctor would be the one to ask since they are the ones who know your medical history.
