I had also started a new probiotic a week before starting them. I'm thinking I should give the probiotic a chance on its

Probiotics - which ones and how many billions?!
This time I’m asking if any of you take
probiotics
. I was told by a friend it may be a good idea to take them when on drugs long term. I went to a health food shop for advice but they didn’t know about ITP or Revolade which they thought was an immunosuppressant. 1.

Probiotics and Utis
But by adding
probiotics
to your daily routine, it might help keep UTIs at bay. I suffered constantly from them years ago (5 in one year) started
probiotics
and none since. They are pretty much health supplements but you can chat to your doc prior to taking them.

Update on my diagnosis.
I also take symprove and
probiotics
for Candida as that was one of the side effects of steroids. I am doing a masters of science in nutrition so I have researched all of the supplements I take.

Scales are slow to budge
Has anyone had success losing weight while taking Hydroxy? I've been trying for several months and it's a painfully slow process. I'm on a daily regimen of 500mg. I noticed a small improvement when the dose was reduced slightly. A daily probiotic is helping a lot with bloating and I do drink about 2

Fatty Liver severe Stage 3 no fibrosis
I also have been taking fish oil,
probiotics
, and milk thistle for years. I stopped taking Omeprazole and pain meds. I think I may add vitamin e? I would like to know what others think about that. I also take a teaspoon of tumeric daily and drink green tea and dandelion tea.

Another interesting study. Nasal microbiome.
https://www.nature.com/articles/s41531-021-00254-y I had my nasal microbiome checked and I have some nasty bacteria in there. The study doesn't mean fixing it after the fact can help, but maybe so? Exposure to mold can mess up your sinus microbiome big time. I'm currently using a probiotic for the

Natural FET Vs medicated
Maybe I just take
probiotics
anyway?! We're pretty sure we won't do PGS testing. And then she said we could choose to do a natural FET instead of medicated. All my previous have been medicated and I've responded really well. Textbook.
