Feel let down by GP
I've also ordered some
probiotics
and hoping these will help and I'm also going to look into fermented foods. Enough is enough . Any advice would be really appreciated. I did do a post earlier in the week and got a few suggestions inbox about good GP or endos to go see private.

Probiotics
I was just wondering if anyone has had any luck with
probiotics
and, if so, what brand?

Where to start? even describing symptoms isn't easy
Ive tried fodmap and
probiotics
on and off an not sure they've made that much difference. I had a curry loaded with probably everything the Fodmap says to avoid and it didn't have much affect. On Friday i had a bland salad with salmon and was up at 3am.

I don't know if like just a good normal diet and maybe some

I know that when I use
probiotics
and slippery elm it helps. My diet helps. If I eat oil I react. The gut has a lot to answer for and I think understanding of the whole subject is getting better. I hope we are at the forefront of new findings away from drugs..

Charley horse
Hey all, Yesterday when I woke up to my alarm I had the worst charley horse I've ever had in my entire life. It brought tears to my eyes even though it only lasted for 20-30 seconds. The weird part is that it happened the very second I moved to get up. Now, the next morning, it still is sore and stiff

Probiotics anyone?
Curious if any of you are taking
probiotics
. If so, have you noticed any difference or benefits since taking? Have any if you been advised to steer clear? I have not yet spoken to my dr about this- figured I'd ask the real experts here first.

There were a couple of long discussions here about
probiotics
, and I decided to give this a try. It's rather expensive, but I can eat so little at the moment, my food bills are low.
