I've just had my order of VSL#3 delivered. There were a couple of long discussions here about probiotics, and I decided to give this a try. It's rather expensive, but I can eat so little at the moment, my food bills are low.

It's arrived by courier in a chilled box, and has gone straight into the fridge. I'll take some later, then let you know how it goes. There are 30 sachets, enough for 30 days, at one sachet a day. They recommend 1-2 a day, I'm trying just one

I've got this myself recently - true, it's expensive, but I have been feeling an improvement in digestion. Enough of an improvement that I'm making some other fermented foods (which is a bit more effort, but is certainly cheaper than this biotic supplement). I've been taking the VSL for about a week and a half now. I've had some mixed results with home probiotics so I'm proceeding with caution, but so far, so good.
