If you follow a lot of thyroid boards on Pinterest you'll have seen an influx of 'healthy gut = happy thyroid' posts. I was just wondering if anyone has had any luck with probiotics and, if so, what brand?

Kefir is good, & also contains K2!
BioKult is recommended
Hi, I've been taking goats milk kefir for the past 3 weeks (I have Hashimoto's and awful eczema as a symptom). I highly recommend it as my eczema has almost disappeared and my energy levels have greatly improved. Are you in the U.K.? It is made on a farm in Wales and you can order it online from the chuckling goat website.
Thank you! That's great you have felt better on it and that it's cleared your eczema, sounds magic. Will have. Look at chuckling goat 😂
Just copied this from one of GreyGoose's posts:
I tried kefir recently, but really didn't like it, sadly. I take Kiki's Body Biotics, the only thing that stops me bloating. But we're all different, so I'm afraid it's just trial and error to see which one works best for you. But if kefir does, that must be better still!
