Fat and bloated
Hello just wondering if anyone knows of a way to see if you are gluten intolerant without going docs ? every time I eat bread I bloat, biscuits give me heartburn ! I did try the LCHF diet but I got silly with it and didn’t eat much or drink enough water which gave me headaches now I’m back to carbs

On the keto diet? Ditch the cheat day. Just one dose of carbohydrates can damage blood vessels
Reading some impressive posts on here lately about the keto diet, I was thinking about giving it a try. I came across this article and wonder what the more knowledgable HU members think. Thank you https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2019/03/190327112657.htm Date: March 27, 2019 Source: University

Does anyone get asthma with high peak flow
I am getting asthma symptoms regularly. I have had asthma over 20 years and something has changed. I get asthma a lot more often now. Weird thing is woke up this morning coughing and wheezing. Took my peak flow and its really good. Thinking it might not be asthma or my asthma has changed as I get so

"Ketosis seems to stabilise cancer" Dr. Gary Fettke
This is an interesting video... the first 25 minutes are a bit technical... but the message is that (refined) carbohydrates, poly-unsaturates and fructose "might cause" cancer and ketosis, (Intermittent) Fasting, LCHF seems to stabilise or prevent it. Maise is a major source of fructose in the US. I

3 month post CABG bloodwork is....odd.
45 year old male. Obviously I'll be discussing this with my cardiologist but I figured I'd share these numbers and get some thoughts. First was 4/9 of this year pre-CABG. Second number was yesterday. Total- 137 - 135 LDL- 80 to 70 HDL- 37.3 to 38.2 (this is a bugger) Triglycerides- 98 to 135

Has anybody heard of "LDN" MY "OD" told me, LDN has been shown to increase your Immune System and help to attack some forms of cancer. LDN is short for Low Dose Naltrexone. Naltrexone is a drug that was approved by the FDA in 1985 to treat opiate dependencies. It is marketed under the trade names ‘Revia
