Nice video.We use moong dal(green gram)to make dosa called pesarattu. Delicious and also low glycemic index of 29.
There are three fermented (over night at room temperature) process breakfast, Idli,Dosa and Appam.
Idli is a steamed product.
Dosa and Appam both are cooked using oil!
Then all thee three are eaten with other things like sambal and sambar and so on.
Technology allows now days to make these three breakfast items as "Instant".
In 21st C may be once in a while, because most of us desk based workers!!!

Thanks for sharing the video. I always prefer Paneer instead of the processed cheese. I have not tried almond flour yet. Its a good suggestion.
