Those who miss traditional south Indian breakfast following low carb lifestyle may try the recipe presented below for a low carb dosa. It is tasty and diabetes friendly - no big spikes in blood sugar. For cooking this dosa, please use low heat setting.

There are three fermented (over night at room temperature) process breakfast, Idli,Dosa and Appam.

Idli is a steamed product.

Dosa and Appam both are cooked using oil!

Then all thee three are eaten with other things like sambal and sambar and so on.

Technology allows now days to make these three breakfast items as "Instant".

In 21st C may be once in a while, because most of us desk based workers!!!

Various mix of grains are used in traditional preparations of these items which are tasty but not diabetes friendly because of high carb content.

Hi Praveen55 ,

Thanks for sharing the video. I always prefer Paneer instead of the processed cheese. I have not tried almond flour yet. Its a good suggestion.
