Still getting even better.
I woke up this morning after another good nights sleep. Watched airplane! On DVD. Always gives me a giggle. Then korn's deuce video. Had a nice dinner again. And a GU lemon pudding. (They were half price in tesco this week so I thought I'll have some of that!!!'). Went to bed about 11:45 pm. Again woke

Hi, first post in here so forgive me. I went on a 3 month booze binge due to some distressing events that occurred in my life once again. Did the same thing 2 yrs ago and doc said I had AH. But no meds or recommendations to do anything but cut down?! Which I did and went first 3 months of this year sober

Today
Thank you very much to all who have wished me good luck at the docs today. Well, I have some good news. The 4 days of hell without any pain meds or ssri or diazepam has paid off. My doc is just waiting for the go ahead from the rheumatologist for me to start on methotrexate. If I can't handle that as

On Withdrawal Effects
I stopped drinking coffee for two days and I got a horrendous headache. It took a day or two to dissipate. Headaches are a common withdrawal effect of caffeine. On a similar note, I'd been taking 1MG of Klonopin, a moderate dose of a popular anti-anxiety drug (in the same class as Xanax, Valium, Ativan

Stabbing centre back pain
Hi everyone well I was hospitalised for 3 days following crippling pain in the centre back radiating to both shoulders and ribs. Shallow breathing was murder! I had gradually reduced to 10mgs pred (again) so this was week 2 at 10mgs. PMR DIAGNOSED 22nd December 2014. GP advised I go back to 12.5mg

my back
Once a year I am in great pain with my back as is happening now. I was sent to physio a few years ago and because of the time frame my back pain had cleared by the time of my appointment. So I've had a bad back for about a month now and I went to see my GP who gave me an anti inflammatory and diazepam

How to deal with my landlady?
Morning all, I don't often come on here to rant, but something happened this morning that has left me utterly speechless and absolutely fuming. My back has been very painful for some weeks, and after a few phone consultations I caved yesterday and went to the GP. She was very nice, identified that

Here is where I'm at, and I hope you guys can provide some light on the situation. I just graduated college and have my degree, however at the beginning of

Dark brown urine... could it be my meds?
I'm a bit concerned as over the past 24 hours my urine has been getting darker, and it's now actually dark enough to have me quite worried. Does anybody know if this could be a side effect of all the meds I'm taking or maybe something more serious that I need to get checked out? I was on Amiodarone

Getting over a panic attack.
Hey everyone. I'm just trying to calm down after an episode I had. I did really good today with fighting against my anxiety. But right as I laid down to sleep BOOM ! There it was. But I've taken lorazepam 1mg. I'm just trying to be calm and wait for it to kick in. This episode was so different than
