I take it. I am allowed one a day - but I might not even use 30 pills in 6 months.

They say it is highly addictive. But for me I never had a problem. I found they make me so sleepy that unless I feel I absolutely need one I won't take it. And for me I feel the next day rather sluggish so I always think about that before I take one. I had been prescripted them 4 years now.
