Restless Leg Spray: DIY RLS Treatment when You Need To Do Something
I wanted to share a diy RLS spray that I have developed (at least to my liking) over a couple years of suffering with horrible RLS without having access to a bathtub for Epsom salt baths which is my preferred adjunct treatment. I'm not suggesting this replace more traditional treatments. I also take

Sciatica and endo
I have recently been suffering with sciatica symptoms. The GP has prescribed pain killers and diazepam at seperate times to help. The pain is not easing and I'm surviving on a couple of hours sleep per night (due to pain). I am worried that my immune system may be affected if I'm run down with lack

Severe symptoms following a massive intentional L-thyroxine ingestion
In the past I used often to see someone who claimed that levothyroxine is one of the safest medicines available. Given the staggeringly high dose reported below, it bears that out. (I find it difficult to think of other medicines that you could take well over a thousand times the largest dose you ever

Trouble with anxiety meds today.
They can take up to 3 weeks or even longer to work. Something the sufferer doesn't want to hear at a time when they are having these awful feelings. Diazepam or Valium are fantastic and can work very fast but sadly taking them after a few days or even the next day will not have the same desired effect

Lidocaine patch or butrans patch?
Hi there I wanted to know if anyone has any experiences on either the lidocaine patch or the butrans patch which one is more effective at pain relief? I take morphine, dihydrocodine & nortrypyiline. I'm suffering from pain constantly which isn't controlled very well, I'm seeing a consultant at pain clinic

In December it was confirmed that I was suffering from long QT syndrome after I had a cardiac arrest at work. I spent 3 weeks in hospital but on returning home I have been suffering from severe restless legs at night in bed which has prevented me from sleeping. I am on a very low dosage of beta blockersl

23 weeks pregnant and really scared.
I have been receiving 1 to 1 support on here for a few weeks now but I'm braving writing something on the board. I had pp after my second daughter was born 11 years ago. I spent time in a mum and baby room off a mixed psych ward. No one ever discussed with me anything about my pp (that I can remember

Hello! Haven't been on here for awhile. I had been having pretty bad anxiety/panic attacks. After a couple visits to the doc and one to the er, my meds have been doubled amd was given lorazepam. I feel ok, but still not like myself. The anxiety is still there, ive had one panic attack in 30 days. So
