Magnesium Citrate side effects
Has anyone experienced any side affects from taking Magnesium Citrate 500mg tabs. I’m assuming it’s the Mg tablets as I’ve noticed light headedness somewhat dizzy since taking so I’ve now stopped them. Thanks in advance for any replies.

Urine infection treatments for AF sufferers
Living in Spain now, fortunately I had stashed away a box of
potassium
citrate
which is an alternative alkalising solution. I sipped it tentatively....and bingo! Symptoms relieved and no AF!

Magnesium
Sorry, got lost somewhere! I ended up buying Lamberts Magnesium Citrate, after speaking with my friend, as there was a great trade deal offer. It’s very palatable, you just mix a scoop with water, gives you 375mg a day

Feeling much better with Magnesium Citrate and an Anti-depressant.
After 45 years of suffering frequent PVC's I met a doctor who suggested magnesium citrate. I also dragged out the last report from my cardiologist who recommended an anti-depressant, advice which I had previously ignored. So I have been taking both for a few weeks now - 400 mg of Magnesium Citrate (not

Sick to death of GPs treating symptoms and not dealing with cause- fibromyalgia is not a disease, it's a symptom
When I had serious fibromyalgia last year my GP wanted me to take a muscle relaxant and an anti-depressant. I was not very receptive, more and more of us are being "diagnosed" with similar thyroid symptoms and having them treated individually, this is pointless and endless... get the thyroid regime,

Lactulose
Anyone taking Lactulose for constipation? I was prescribed it after not having a bowel movement for 10 days and no relief. Now today I called my dr. and they doubled the dose for me to take. If I don't go by tommorow I have to go in and have them take exrays. This is so embarresing especially if they

Body Ph and Alkalinizing Supplements to reverse Osteopenia
There was also double blind study which showed reversal of osteoporosis is possible with just
potassium
citrate
(https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/17035614). Now I don't know who to believe, but I have had very low urine ph levels for years.

Magnesium which is best for under active thyroid ? I’ve been taking 200mg at night as I take my Levothyroxine on waking. I opted for magnesium citrate as it’s supposed to be easily absorbed anyone else have any advise ?

Into TRITON II - and awaaay we go!
OK, 2 weeks into the trial. 75% of participants get nausea, vomiting. I never do anything the way others do so none of that for me. Instead constipation with stool as hard as concrete. Miralax, senokot magnesium citrate, Gavrilate. Nothing. So into the ER where the X-ray shows "you're full of it

College student with IBSC. Please help
So I went to a GI doctor today and they diagnosed me with IBS-C. My doctor told me to take 8-10 FL oz of magnesium citrate today and then start Linzess tomorrow. I am also now on low fodmap diet. Should I be considered that I haven’t had a bowel movement even from taking this high intensity laxative

Acupuncture
I have suffered with RLS for a few years now. I was prescribed Ropinirole initially - which didn’t help.I then requested to see a consultant & was prescribed Rotigotine patches ( which we’re not workable as left me with unbearable sore patches on my skin) . So I decided to go back onto Ropinirole

I came of pramipexole too
Is been 2 years since coming of the pramipexole, I vowed then never to take a any pharma meds for my RR again, is still at times very difficult especially if I've done to much, which for me is not to difficult because I've got MS to contend with as well, I take an iron tablet in the morning, around 5pm

I can't take this anymore....not sure what to do really...
Ever since I started getting dental work done once more (last monday) I've been getting anxious, especially after I started taking amoxicillin and getting pretty bad allergic reactions from it...from getting dizzy, being unable to breath temporarily, and diarrhea/constipation, losing a lot of water weight
