Sorry, got lost somewhere! I ended up buying Lamberts Magnesium

Citrate, after speaking with my friend, as there was a great trade deal offer. It’s very palatable, you just mix a scoop with water, gives you 375mg a day

I buy mine from natures best as it’s exactly the same as lamberts ( sister company ) but cheaper.

I was just lucky, my friend got mine trade cost in their sale, as she was ordering for herself, BUT I’m still aiming to get Biocare Magnesium Taurate

Lamberts is the Company Therapists use. I’ve a book but never ordered from them as I found Nature's Best is the same Company.
