4 hours away from Levo - iron, Vit D, magnesium, calcium
2 hours away from Levo - all other supplements
Specifics for certain supplements:
IRON - as well as 4 hours away from Levo, it should be taken 2 hours away from any other supplements and medication as it affects their absorption. Take Vit C with iron to aid absorption.
B VITAMINS - these can be stimulating so generally it said to take them in the morning, no later than lunchtime.
MAGNESIUM - this can be calming, it may be better to take this at night to aid sleep rather than get sleep in the daytime. Magnesium citrate can have a laxative effect, build up slowly.
VIT D - as well as 4 hours away from Levo, it has important cofactors - magnesium and Vit K2-MK7. If you change from Vit D spray to another form, choose a softgel that contains olive oil. Vit D is fat soluble (and so is Vit K), both need fat to be absorbed if they go through the digestive system (an oral spray doesn't).
You don't need B12 spray, you are over range, you will waste your money by taking a B12 supplement, we just pee out any excess.

Ferritin 46.5ug/l (13-150)
It's recommended that Ferritin is halfway through the range. The best way to raise Ferritin is by eating liver regularly, 200g maximum per week.
Unless you've had an iron panel you can't know where your serum iron level lies. Iron is complicated. If your serum iron is already good then taking iron tablets will probably take it too high.

Folate 17.7nmol/l (18.83-60.8) - are you sure that the low point of range is 18.83, I wonder if that's a typo and should be 8.83?
This is a bit low. Folate is recommended to be at least half way through range so if range is 8.83-60.8 then aim for 35+

25-hydroxy Vitamin D 60 (50-100)
You don't need loading doses. To raise your current level to that recommended by the Vit D Council (125nmol/L) they suggest supplementing with 3,700iu D3 daily (nearest is 4,000iu).
Retest in 3 months.
When you have reached the recommended level you will need to find your maintenance dose by trial and error, it may be 2000iu, maybe more or less, maybe more in winter than summer. Retest twice a year to keep between 100-150nmol.
When taking D3 there are important cofactors needed.
D3 aids absorption of calcium from food and Vit K2-mk7 directs the calcium to bones and teeth where it is needed and away from arteries and soft tissue where it can be deposited and cause problems.
Magnesium helps D3 to work.
Because you have Hashimoto's (confirmed by raised antibodies) an oral spray is recommended for best absorption.

TGAB 133 (0-115)
Anti TPO 226 (0-34)
Raised antibodies confirm autoimmune thyroid disease aka Hashimoto's which is where the thyroid is gradually destroyed. Some members have found that adopting a gluten free diet and supplementing with selenium l-selenomethionine 200mcg daily has helped lower antibodies.

TSH 1.22 (0.27-4.3)
FT4 21.3 (12-23)
FT3 4.19 (3.1-6.8)
I see you are taking 100mcg Levo. Your FT3 is not in balance with FT4. FT4 is 85% through range, FT3 is 29% through range. You would benefit from the addition some T3 to slightly less Levo.

B vitamins best taken in the morning after breakfast
Recommended brands on here are Igennus Super B complex. (Often only need one tablet per day, not two, certainly only start with one tablet in morning ). Or Jarrow B-right
If you are taking vitamin B complex, or any supplements containing biotin, remember to stop these 7 days before any blood tests, as biotin can falsely affect test results
