Magnesium Citrate side effects

Has anyone experienced any side affects from taking Magnesium Citrate 500mg tabs. I’m assuming it’s the Mg tablets as I’ve noticed light headedness somewhat dizzy since taking so I’ve now stopped them.

The way this works (extract water into the intestine to soften the waste products) can result in dehydration and electrolyte imbalance.

It is best to tackle the fundamental cause of the issue, particularly if it is diet related. Your pharmacist may be able to recommend a more suitable product.
