Just hit my 6 months nicotine free as of the 22nd. I just want to give all my fellow quitters some strength. Chest tightness, shortness of breath, fatigue, change in bathroom habits will all fade. I highly recommend drinking a cup of caffeine free tea everyday, upping your vitamin b intake that includes

Update... UTI symptoms but now no growth in urine culture.
At this point I am quite confused and worried about what is going on I have posted on here before about this as I was really unsure of what was happening to me. It started with pain in my right abdomen spread to my back. Went to A&E three times in three days to which they tested my urine each time and

Soya lecithin and Hashimotos
Hi I’ve just bought some Solgar high potency B vitamins to support my adrenals. I’ve just notice they contain soya lechitin. Will they do me more harm than good, or will they be safe to take to save wasting them? Thank you.

Hello to anyone reading. I've been very worried for my health in the last six months. It all started with pain and inflammation around my liver 6 months ago along with dark urine and pale stools. I've had one ultrasound scan in the past 6 months which only showed fat on my liver. Since then I have had

B complex versus individual Bs??
Pursuant to all the good posts about vitamin B1/thiamine HCL, is there a difference or benefit to taking B vitamins individually as opposed to taking a B complex? I've been taking a "super" B complex which includes 100 mg a B-1. Should I switch to taking B1, B3, B6 individually? One other thing I've

Mark Hyman: The Problems with Nutrition Science ~ off topic, but an interesting read as our diet's so important for good TH conversion. :)

Can’t tolerate thyroid medications/hormone treatment
Hi. I’ve been hypothyroid for about 4 years. Over time I’ve developed a reaction to every thyroid medication there is. They give me various neuropathic or nerve side effects around my face and head. I developed the side effects slowly over time, and they’re becoming more and more pronounced to the point

Chest pain despite clear chest x-ray result?
Hi there. Back in August, I felt chest pain for quite a few days so I went to the GP who told me that it was chest pain I was feeling, and offered some painkillers should the pain be unbearable. It went away after a week, and all was well. I felt pain again in December, and went back to the GP, who now
