Hi, I know this is a UK site, but I'm hoping someone may have a bright idea to help me decide what to do next (sorry it's a bit long!). I posted a few days ago about my latest set of test results which showed FT3 @ 74% of range, but despite this I had a number of symptoms return or get worse. I've

Cat Allergies
My partner has really bad allergies to cats and antihistamines don't seem to help with this. Is there anything else he can take or any strong type of antihistamines? Any advice would really help, Thank you.

Taking antihistamines with AF
Hello Everyone I enjoy reading all the posts and have learnt a lot. I have had episodes of AF for about 3 years but have had at least the last six months without it. Hives
Does anyone else suffer from horrible hives? This is kind of a new symptom, but also not. I've always had breakouts of hives, but only once a month or so over the spring/summer which went away quickly and were controlled well with antihistamines. They would usually pop up in a couple of places on my

Persistent Cough, Clear Xray Clear Spitum. Did A Round of Antibiotics
I developed a cough a month ago after a full month of nonstop activities along with almost a full month of living on 3-8 hours of sleep. It was quite awful at first, as I could hardly sleep and the only way I could was by drinking antihistamines. My spitum was green. I had a round of antibiotics along

Newly diagnosed
Hi. I'm new here. I developed Raynauds in January this year followed quickly by swollen and tightening skin on my hands. I think my Dr thought I had Lupus. I had problems with my knees too. Bloods including ANA were done but I was referred to Rheumatolgy at that initial appoint. I saw the specialist

Allergy relief helped me
I am new to this group, but wanted to let people on this site know that I take an antihistamine, (Cetirizine Hydrochloride 10mg ) one a day, I now find I get far fewer migraine headaches or attacks. It helped me, it may help you too. You can get it over the counter in lots of shops not just chemist shops

Hi as I said on my other post I have had asthma all my life . With the usual flare ups and chesty things happening I got on with it . Until three years ago as I said in other post . Well I'm convinced that what is happening to me is not asthma related or a chest infection like the docs and nurses keep
