Flecainide 2 X's Daily v. PIP
I just today read that I should not be taking Flecainide with the
Plavix
because it will cause the
Plavix
not to work. So I have some things to discuss with my doctor when I see him again.

Ascites question
Hi all I was sick due to asthma and was on prednisone. I swear my belly was getting bigger. My legs swelled and I gained 11 pounds over 5 days. Off prednisone and was put on lasix to remove leg fluid. Down 11 pounds now off lasix. What symptoms did you have when ascites started? Did your legs swell

Sodium and Potassium management
My father 78, who is diabetic for almost 40 years now, has suddenly developed sodium and potassium issues. He had kidney problems (not under dialyses) and heart issues but BS was stable with insulin. With an infection, almost suddenly toppled him down, now with pulmonary edema, the worst thing is now

Long-tern aspirin use after Watchman Procedure.
I am about to get off my coumadin (next week) and start my 3-4 months of daily
Plavix
and 1 baby aspirin (81mg) per day. The time limit for these meds will be up in July. It will then be time to stop the
Plavix
(clopidogrel) and continue on indefinitely with just a baby aspirin/day.

Four Weeks Since Ablation
I take 2.5mg Bisoprolol,
Plavix
and Warfarin and have been taking the Bisoprolol since being diagnosed with Angina and Arrythmia. I must say that I do not have much faith in the Bisoprolol as it makes me feel so tired and lethargic and does not seem to have been a success in my case.

Is there a lymphedema-thyroid connection? I
In early January I saw an orthopod re my knees. I also have been having problems with feet and leg swelling. When he examined my knees he saw the swelling and recommended I make an appt with the Lymphedema clinic. I put it on the back burner as it was not critical (to me) and I had upcoming surgery

Worst Nightmare
My mom was diagnosed with stage 4 OC and had surgery and has been in the hospital ever since. She started chemo last Friday in the hospital and has been there since. Mom was malnutritioned going into chemo with the surgeries and all the procedures prior to chemo. It's just so hard seeing her go through

ENTRESTO - ASK QUESTIONS FIRST - NOT LATER!
The worse side affect was with
Plavix
and that caused extreme gas but eventually dissipated after a week. For my husband Entresto was the WORSE DRUG EVER! We are hoping he gets his energy back as well as his disposition. He was feeling great after the stent procedure.

IBS and bloating since stent installation
Since installation of cardiac stents, I'm on aspirin,
plavix
and rosuvas. Having constipation and bloating mostly and laxatives are hardly working. Is this a common symptom and if so what remedy? I had IBS once and have some constipation always.
