The endo biopsy revealed cancer
Hello, everyone I'm 39 years old, I had a surgery 17 days before, I removed an endometriosis mass with fibroid and one ovary. Yesterday I received the biopsy results, it shows a tumor carcinoma high stage, they need to complete the test by immunochemistry test, and I'll get the results after 15 days.

Feel Terrible - Any Advice Please?
I'm weaning onto Armour Thyroid, guided by a doctor. I've been raising my dose by only 1/4 grain every 2 weeks, this slowly because I have low cortisol. The first two raises I had a few days of feeling jittery but this calmed with the help of taking ashwagandha and taurine. I reached 60mg last Sunday

LU177 not working for me
On the day before my 3rd infusion of Lu177 PNT2002, my bone scan shows increase in size of my old mets and numerous new mets. It is obvious that the Lu177 didn't work in my case. Today I have declined the 3rd shot. Meanwhile the PSA kept rising from 23 to 41 in 4 weeks. What next??

How do I stop constantly worrying about recurrence?
My mum had her debulking surgery last Wednesday and was discharged from hospital on Sunday afternoon. The doctors told us that they got all of the cancer, which I am over the moon about, however I can’t stop worrying about the cancer coming back. I feel like although we’ve had this great news I’m struggling

Recent Diagnosed - Gleason 4+4=8
Initial diagnosis in February with PSA 4.38. Biopsy shows highest Gleason 8. CT scan found 3 lung nodules, in both lower lobes with largest approx 5mm, but undetermined. Bone scan clear as well as rest of CT scan. Surgery (DaVinci) scheduled April 5th. Any thoughts or experiences based on this much

Waiting for biopsy results
I recently had a mammogram and it was quickly followed up with a second appointment. The night before my second appointment I checked my breasts, and was horrified to find quite a large lump in my left breast. Prior to that I had not had any pain, dimpling or suspicion of an abnormality. I went to

Berberine - does anyone have experience of taking this for PAF?
I’m going to have a pace and ablate in a few weeks time, so I started watching videos about it by the York Cadiologist (great guy!). On one of the videos I tripped across a comment where a chap said he had to stop taking Flecainide because of the adverse side effects (that’s me too!) and had started

Decided to have a robot assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy - update
Reasons for my decision: I made a decision based on my understanding, see below. Radiation - no effect on urinary leakage, sexual function initially preserved but wanes for most, limited options for salvage - if cancer recurs treatment is palliative/non curative, long term radiation damage to bladder

Positive Margins -- Will I need additional treatment?
3 months post RALP and PSA is undetectable by standard test. My surgical pathology results are pasted below. Do you think I will need additional treatment? I have not spoken to my urologist yet, since the PSA results just came in. Whatever he says, I may consider getting a 2nd opinion from Johns

CA 27.29 Blood Testing
Hi All, It's been about 3 years(2020) since I was diagnosed with HER2 + breast cancer. I had undergone a double mastectomy and a full year of chemo. During my twice a year check-ups (every 6 months) I was always given a Cancer Antigen( CA 27.29) blood test, but with this visit this test was not done

VAT burn
🔥 Amy Callaghan MP’s VAT BURN campaign calls on the UK government to remove VAT from sunscreen products that have a health benefit. We should all know the health benefits that a “quality” (i.e. SPF 30+ product with a minimum 4 star UVA protection) sunscreen has on preventing the UK’s most common

Hi all, new here, and diagnosed with Ovarian cancer. I had a huge tumor removed last week; now waiting for the biopsy results. Almost forgot I have PC
I have been off the grid for a while. Back in late November, I started having bladder problems including bleeding, urgency, frequency and incontinence. In December I was diagnosed with stage 3/b bladder cancer. In late January I had open Cystectomy and was in the hospital for 10 days. My MO put my PC

Small Vestibular Schwannoma
On 12/21/22, I was sitting at home and my left ear suddenly began to ring. It did not stop, so the next morning I called my doctor and set up an appointment. He wanted to make sure that I didn't have a sinus issue, so he put my on some common sinus medication for two weeks and told me to advise
