Adrenals
A

resulted in damage to it in that my adrenals were affected to produce cortisol, hence PMR developed 3.5 years ago. I'm not sure if any cortisol is produced at all. Perhaps a morning cortisol test may reveal this dilemma?

Suspected Cushings or just hypo
Hey everyone, My endo is sending me for an MRI of pituitary and CT of chest, pelvis, abdomen and adrenals. My salivary cortisol seems to go up a lot after adding t3, my blood cortisol is over range and I'm having issues raising thyroid meds, keeping me in a hypo state. Apparently I could have a tumour

Duration of a first NHS Endocrinologist Appointment
Is a first, initial NHS Endocrinology appointment for hypothyroidism, which appears to be possible central hypo, genetic and suggestive of a
pituitary
tumour
of 30 minutes duration, then thrown out regardless of time required to discuss the problem? G.P. appointments are 10 mins. maximum.

Diagnosed with a Pituitary Macroadenoma
Hello, its a first time joining a forum like this and to be honest I feel like a bit of an imposter, as my
tumour
is located in my
pituitary
gland, so not really a brain
tumour
. That being said, the brain tumour charity has been the only online resource that has some great information.

Best supplementation?
After years of private testing due to unusual symptoms and results I have discovered I have secondary hypothyroidism under investigation currently for a
pituitary
tumour
, but also now primary with hashimotos.

USP or API sources for different NDT thyroid brands
Hi, I was wondering if anybody has information about which NDT brands use which Desiccated Thyroid Extract (USP or API) sources and where these USP/API sources are manufactured? I am particularly interested to know about Armour, NP and Erfa and even the new brand Adthyza.

Gingko Biloba - Supplement Advice
Hello everyone, I'm reaching out for advice on using Ginkgo Biloba to combat brain fog. My previous experience with the Amitamin Ginkgo complex yielded promising results in boosting mental clarity. However, I've noticed it contains iodine (150ug), which I'd rather steer clear of. With that in mind
