is this new clinical trial looking to see how adding pluvicto to SOC works for naive hormone sensitive metastatic or metastatic castrate resistant patients? If you showed some psma avid tumor growth on a psma pet scan, when is optimal time to use this newer treatment, assuming you can get Pluvicto

I noticed people have mentioned difficulties driving at night .Is this another symptom of having an acoustic neuroma or just an age thing ?As I've certainly noticed, I have found it more difficult this winter .I am 66 and was diagnosed 2 years ago and on watch and wait.More headaches and fatigue days

Failed tumour surgery, what are my options now?

Another one has left this earth
My husband, Roger took his last breath after a 6 1/2 year journey with prostate cancer. When diagnosed with aggressive prostate cancer (12/12 cores, Gleason 8, perineal invasion) we were told they could do surgery, radiation, hormones immediately…we instead left for Germany and got hyperthermia plus

HCC diagnosis 1/2022; Microwave oblation; Recurrence December 2022;Y-90 January 24; CAT of lungs this week:I am caretaker or my husband
I am so so upset. I thought this y-90 would work, but it takes one month to three moths to know how it did work. The new med oncologist who saw us last week is ice cold and started talking atavisticand another therapy tecentriq pending scan result if see if two small nodes in lung are malignant. We

Help understanding my BMB results
Just an update, I have received my post clinic letter from my consultant and the results of the genetic tests are now in. CALR mutated 9 no deletion- neither type 1 nor type 2 ( probably best described as type 2 like) Post ET MF on bone marrow - CALR, IDH2, TET2 mutation s and no copy number abnormalities

Genetic counseling & testing
Just completed six rounds of docetaxel+carboplatin last week and will be seeing my doctor at Mayo on March 30 for further scans to gauge progress and evaluate next steps. Peritoneal cancer with no visible disease
Hi everyone. I’m new here and am looking for information to help a close relative. She’s been given a diagnosis of primary peritoneal cancer. She presented with a pleural effusion and the cytology showed malignant cells consistent with an ovarian, tubal or peritoneal primary. However, there was nothing

New Oncologist recommending Pylarify PET scan. Good idea or not?
My PSA has been undetectable for 2 and 1/2 years. My Oncologist abruptly left Florida Cancer Specialists. The new Oncologist is suggesting a Pylarify PET scan for PSMA. My last Axumin scan in 2020 showed PC in multiple lower abdominal and bilateral pelvic lymph nodes and prostate. Is this scan a good

Taxotere and fingerprints.
Here's a chemo side-effect I'd not heard mentioned here... After three rounds of taxotere to date my fingerprints aren't completely gone, but even with retraining my TouchID Mac and phone won't respond to them. To my eye they look smooth, but a close up photo reveals there's still a pattern. The skin

Ending Avastin
I had my final (18th) Avastin on Monday. The overwhelming feeling is relief; relief to have finished and to be here to have finished. I am also hoping to have a period of freedom from medical treatment for the first time in 2 years, and hopefully all the joint and muscle aches will subside a bit. It's

Cost of plevicto and rising PSA
Who had gotten plevicto and did the insurance cover the treatments, how rough was the side effects. CA27-29 numbers and Covid
Has anyone experienced their CA 27-29 numbers going up due to their having Covid or another of the nasty viruses going around these days? I’ve been sick the past two months. Home test was negative for Covid but we seem to have some viruses that are every bit as bad and my tumor markers crept up to 49

Letrozole
Hi everyone, I just wondered about the side effects of Letrozole. I had 7mm bc removed via lumpectomy, due to have radiotherapy soon, no chemo required. I am really struggling with the possible side effects of this drug. I know we are all individuals but just wondered if side effects are as hideous as
