Help change Health Professionals' attitudes to FM and FM diagnosis - your experiences, please... Sorry, a bit of a long read...
Background to my question.
Just had my second total knee replacement and my lovely Physio Salma at my hospital is particularly interested in trying to change attitudes toward FM in certain health sector groups and has made this a major part of her Senior Physio Thesis for which she is presenting

update on ablation . Long honest post warning!
Hi All, The Good News: I had my procedure to map out where the rogue impulses were coming from which turned out to be just about everywhere except the pulmonary veins which had been successfully ablated by cryo ablation 2 months ago . My EP said the pulmonary veins were not joining the party … 😀

Global Developmental Delay
My youngest son was diagnosed of Global Developmental Delay since June of 2020. I have no idea what it is since my two other sons were fine. It was on December of 2019 when I found out that my son is delayed from his development. He was born on March of 2019 and after that I left him with the nanny and

Catching Up!
With one thing and another, I haven’t been on here for ages (except for replying to Irish John’s post about marathon running which I happened across). Those of you who follow me on Strava will have seen that I’m still running. One reason for my absence is that my knees have been playing up (although

Pudendal Neuralgia Question
I've had pelvic floor physio and a nerve block injection and I still have very severe chronic pudendal neuralgia pain. My review after the nerve block isn't for 6 weeks so has anybody got any info out there on avenues that I might be able to explore to get rid of this awful pain.

Alternate treatment for FND/FMD affecting gait and balance
My gait and balance are both terrible, and I have been diagnosed with FMD. The only treatments which have been suggested to me are physical therapy and cognitive behavior therapy. Both are totally ineffective for me. Does anyone know of other treatments for FND/FMD which affects ONLY GAIT AND BALANCE
