Hip Bursitis and Thyroid Link
My consultant is not going to treat this as he says it is a hormonal issue (thyroid) and will right itself at some point and continue with
physiotherapy
. I have been researching this topic and it does say that the thyroid can cause bursitis in the hip.

Physiotherapy
Has anyone had any experience of having
physiotherapy
, either NHS or private? I have had RA for 6 months now and although the methotrexate and hydroxychloroquine are bringing down the swelling it is painful to raise my arms above my head or reach behind my back.

Is this a lupus rash
Discharged from rhumatology and now just under
physiotherapy
. They are looking to put me into a spinal pain clinic. My question is I've started to come out in rashes the last few months. I thought it was an allergy but I'm not allergic to anything. Also it looks like a butterfly rash.

Painkillers stopped working
I do
physiotherapy
for an hour in the morning and evening. I also work 40 hours. It's getting harder and harder to exist. What options are there for me?

Physiotherapy helping T
Hi not been on here for a while but wanted to give you an update on my T.After an ear infection, or what I thought was an infection, rendered me deaf for 3 weeks in my right ear, I saw my GP, went to A&E and saw 2 specialists. Whilst some antibiotics gave temporary relief, nothing resolved the deafness

My question is one of exercise - The GP has made a referral to

Finally got some information on the treatment for FND
I have requested
physiotherapy
, CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), EEG (electroencephalogram), and fMRI (Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging). I will keep everyone updated and let know how it goes. This is my last hope in the medical world before I go to a natural approach. Wish me good luck.

How Do you Know When You're On Enough B12?
I've tried vestibular
physiotherapy
, pretty much anything I can think of including seeing a chiropractor. I stopped the latest migraine in January and I'm no worse not being on it. I'm not dizzy but unbalanced when I walk.

No bruising at all, injury checked by Minor Injuries Unit, X-Rays and
Physiotherapy
. No bruising observed. So, my question is .... anyone wanna suggest any reason for no visible bruising. Is it possible that the bone joint took the full smash impact and that the bone itself was bruised.

Curious about my experiance. Interested in what others think?
Here in Wales Drs do not prescribe
physiotherapy
, we have to do it ourselves. Usually takes about about 12 weeks to be seen. However my disabled partner was in hospital with 2 osteoporotic vertebral fractures and was due home in a few days with a back brace and they saw me in 5 days.

physiotherapy
I got a neuro physio after 1 year waiting list. I’ve just had 4th session and she has discharged me saying my balance won’t improve. I can do the basic balance exercises she gave me and the basic hand ones. My goals were to be able to walk on beach and a way of dealing with a few steps without rails.

Unreal letter from the hospital!
I've been waiting to hear if they'll give me
physiotherapy
or mental health care or pain management... just something! And all the letter says is 'we are aware you are an out patient in this department. If you wish to stay on our list you must phone the number in the next 14 days.

questions
Since then I have seen 2 Ent doctors, have tried
physiotherapy
, a chiropractor, B 12. I find when I do saline rinses my ears seem more sensitive. I was recently told it might be Eustachian tube dysfunction or blockage due to persistent sinus infections and a recent bout of Covid.

Issues with cervical spine and no diagnosis
She said she couldn't do anything for me except refer me back to normal
physiotherapy
. And, she was about to send me away with absolutely no help, when I told her I didn't know what to do.

Can bacterial infections cause this?
I went to a chiropractor but it was the wrong place and have now referred myself to
physiotherapy
. I dont know if this is related to the inflammatory conditions I had/have, diet or stress or even if its arthritis,. Any insights welcome.
