firstly I would like to thank all on forum who with their words of support and sharing of their own stories have already helped me feel better. My first day was a sit down with my cardiac nurse who was so kind knowledgeable and able to understand how I am feeling. To just open up was a relief in itself . My voice cracked couple times (when discussing my daughter) but held the tears at bay. I am now aware there is a great support network . I am attending physiotherapy tomorrow. Again thank you .
